Interview
What can you tell us about the two works on display at ArtLigue? These photographs are abstract collages constructed from printed modules mounted on slides and projected onto Polaroid film. This work is a replayed version of film Light Display: Black-White-Grey* where the main character is the Light-Space Modulator** designed by artist László Moholy-Nagy. This series of photograms should be interpreted as a primitive form of the font Mona, commissioned by graphic design studio Our Polite Society (Netherlands/Sweden) and used for the Bauhaus graphic identity (Dessau, Germany) in 2012.
